Our requirements
Content
This refers to the content that will appear as part of the design on your page or site whether written, audio, video or graphical.
All content to be provided by the client, should be with us in good time for us to complete the work and meet any deadline agreed.
Written
Written material should be provided in digital format — either text, rtf, pdf, doc or docx. It should have been proof read and corrected prior to reaching us.
Graphical
All graphical material should be provided in as large a format as possible. Graphics can be reduced in size, but rarely increased without loss of quality.
Audio/Video
Audio/video files can be included, but it is often better to upload to YouTube or similar and embedded in the web site.
Colour schemes, fonts etc
Colour schemes should be defined in digital format — within a bitmap, as scans do not always return a true representation of the desired colour.
Fonts should either be available as standard or chosen from Google web fonts, which are free. Fonts used on business cards cannot always be matched exactly and cannot always be scanned.
Specific fonts may require a licence and may also attract a premium price.
All content provided to us will be taken in good faith to be the intellectual property of the client.
Payment
Where a set price has been agreed, a 30% deposit will be required before work can commence.
The remainder of the fee must be paid in full before the website can go live.
